Strong Wall Builders offers training & education opportunities, for various aspects within the Insulated Concrete Form (ICF) industry. We have conducted lunch/ learn presentations for some of the largest Architects/ Engineers/ Builders across the country to help promote Green building practices and offer structurally superior building solutions for their customers. Architects that are designing high performance buildings that are not only resistant to natural disasters but also help save our customers operating expenses by reducing energy consumption.

We also offer various levels of training for General and sub-contractors integrated with ICF wall systems and various green building techniques like green "living" roofing systems, modified HVAC systems, rainfall collection tanks, solar panels, and Plumbing, Electrical and much more. The more knowledge the team has of this relatively new building system, will only keep costs more competitive and ensure that your structure will be built properly and within your budget.  We believe that you don’t have to spend more to build a stronger more efficient home. It all comes down to education and exposure. 

We understand the need to continually train new trades about the use of advanced framing systems in these difficult economic times and will always seek out solutions to reduce construction costs and eliminate unnecessary delays caused by manufacturing limitations or transportation constraints.

At Strong Wall Builders, we take on many projects from small to large. Our in house design team can create ICF friendly drawings that consider all of the ICF block specifications and engineering details to help eliminate job site confusion, reduce engineering requirements and help speed up the installation time overall. Through our experience building larger more complex structures, we have learned the pressure points often confronted.  Our goal is to help minimize the back/ forth and reduce design time to get you started!

Through the past 26 years, Steven Swoszowski- Operations manager/ Lead designer of Strong Wall Builders, has worked with many of the various brands of Insulated Concrete Forms (ICF) across the nation. Through this experience, he has discovered which brands perform well and which don’t.  Not to mention which brands are most cost effective for your particular project. 

He has established lasting relationships with some of the most reputable Architects, Engineers, General Contractors throughout Texas.  Not to mention the strong relationships that have been formed with various sub-contractors, ICF block manufacturers, and vendors/ suppliers within the ICF industry nationwide. 

Through extensive training, education and networking, Steven has built an amazing team of employees, subcontractors and affiliates to ensure a professionally built ICF system for various types of structures nationwide from custom homes to Military and educational facilities. 

Although we specialize in advanced framing systems, we started out like most others framing homes the traditional way, using lumber.  And as the years have progressed and demands for more plumb/ level walls that offer better wall finishes, we've trained our sub-contractors to integrate the use of metal studs as well to deliver a superior wall system for various applications. 

Traditional wood framing is still the most cost effective approach for most interior / Exterior wall framing.  And we would be happy to bid your next project as designed. However, out best asset is that we can do it all.  So if your next home is designed with ICF, then we can easily bid the entire frame package to help streamline production and move your project forward faster. With less confusion.
